For An Otherwise Dreary Dreary Day

Some silliness to brighten everyone's day :-).

20's Uncle John and Auntie Reg came out over the weekend and took a turn babysitting Miss Maisie.

I came back to find they'd enlisted 20's help.  He is one busy sheep!

Maisie loves to have her tummy rubbed.  I think when she was so tiny and her little tummy hurt so bad it must have helped and this is still one of her favorite things.

Comby.  Wouldn't you love to know what he's thinking?

"This is how we roll around here."

Stay dry everyone!

We are having a blizzard..so your bit of green and cute animals is a bright spot to the day! :)

Please send your green up here! They're calling for another snow storm to roll in later today and tomorrow. The only exciting thing I've seen in this grey, dreary, cold, miserable weather lately, is a bald eagle who flew overhead this morning, panicking my poor chooks who've spent the rest of the day very close to the coop.
I love Miss Maisie's long tail.

Maisie - so round, so firm, so fully packed! What a healthy girl she is! I vaguely remember the color green. It was all over the place this weekend. Just not on the ground. :(

I'm surprised 20 hasn't tried on your new sweater yet. Maisie looks great.

Hey, got a question. What kind of sheep is Masie? She looks extra, uh, wide.(shoulder width, not fat. hehehe) Is she from meat stock or is that just normal for sheep to look that, uh, wide?

Better lap up all that attention Maisie- you are looking so big and healthy that your days are numbered - you will be part of the flock in no time!

I'd love to rub that tummy!

I love that Maisie is not at all concerned that 20 is sitting outside on a stump. Comby is thinking "who the heck let HIM out of the house?"
Fun! Thanks for the glimpse of green. We are having a nasty snowstorm and I hear sleet ticking on the window right now. Bleah.
